SUNRISE Azalea Aqua Park Resort

You will only enjoy the stay here if you are traveling rarely and is happy to experience summer without expectations. But if you are a frequent traveler, have your preferences and standards - do NOT go. We "suffered" 5 days, checked out early, and booked 2 more days in a different hotel, and that compensated the damage a bit. 1. Accommodation: the room was freshly renovated and spacious. The floor 1 and 2 are still undergoing renovation. But guests leave traces of their nastiness, and housekeeping dont pay attention. So touching light switches, door handles, etc, makes you sick each time. Nothing was cleaned properly, even though we hoped. Hair everywhere on the floor. The sofa clearly had signs somebody sitting in wet swim suits. It felt like guests are destroying the property faster, than its being renovated. 2. Food: very repetitive, no distinction between lunch and dinner. However, the worst - you need to queue for everything. Popular meals can be served twice, in 2 lines, many hotels do so. Or hand two serving kits for the french fries, etc - but no, nobody thinks of this. Guests do not deserve comfort here. Beakfasts were awful. Pancakes taste like soap, ruined with baking soda. Milk rice and milk vermicelli are milk-less and stone-hard. This is hilarious only once, but in the course of 7 days - I dont want to exp this again for my own money. Additionally, why soft drinks are not self-served. Why only bar and only 1 person serving in the main restaurant. Furthermore, when ordered Cola Zero, the bartender simply started mixing up regular soda and original Cola in front of my eyes. No warning was given. But what if one has diabetes, this us no jokes, you endanger your guests health. 3. Swimming experience: very low. Many pools - yes, but they are too shallow, mainly 120cm deep. Extremely crowded, turning into standing pools, not swimming pools. Slides are slides, everywhere the same. The sea looks beautiful from a distance, but the waters are muddy, the bottom is very unpleasant jelly-like, with rocks and seaweed. The area is limited for safety reasons, we understand, but swimming experience is near zero. 4. Cherry at the top: the groups of drunk Russian guests will hold you hostage at night, after 1am, and make you enjoy their loud singing next to the main pool and lobby area, btw, and personell will not care. All in all, regret coming very much, even with half reduced fare this place is not worth the money. Will actively recommend to avoid this place to my connections. Moreover, will think twice before booking anything else in Sunrise chain. Mediocre, not guest-oriented, and is simply a waste of money and summer vacation time.

It was a really good experience staying here. The staff ar helpful. Although the rooms are outdated, need some updating and the TV don’t have internet failities. Other than that really goos. Also great food
