Very clear

As regular Sunrise guests, this 4-day stay was a 10/10 because of Mr. Sultan. His incredible support before and after arrival, combined with his quick problem-solving, was way better than the guest relations office. He is available 24/7 and solves any issue. The room view was great, the aqua park is amazing, and the food in the main and à la carte restaurants is very tasty. The resort is clean, beautiful, and has the best unlimited, password-free Wi-Fi I've ever seen. Great house keeping team ! Highly recommend visiting on weekdays to avoid crowds!

The AC being switched off during late breakfast and dinner was very annoying. Also, the staff seems very exhausted (especially at the lobby bar) and they struggle to smile; management needs to increase staff numbers or give them more rest. Lastly, only one snack bar exists, and they really need a second one. Note that the beach is not the best, so it's better for pool/aqua park lovers.

Property was very organised and well kept. Facilities for food and drink are accessible. We bought my 6 month baby and 9 year old daughter it was very good. Lots of pools and service is excellent. Had so many options for children and a smaller restaurant for kids only with children’s food

Waterpark was good for the kids

The room we had wasn't big enough for a family of 4. The room was also very dated, locks on door and balcony not very secure. Bathroom had a bad smell from it.
