The stuff were very friendly and helpful
The AC was not working properly. It was often off in the lobby during evening and breakfast, which made the experience uncomfortable .

I’ve never experienced anything like this resort. It was truly a remarkable experience and one that I will not accept, the food is excellent alongside The staff being extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. Big shoutout to Mr Omar who was a very very helpful man and was so keen to make sure u have a great stay! Honestly an excellent hotel and I truly recommend this place.

Waterpark was good for the kids
The room we had wasn't big enough for a family of 4. The room was also very dated, locks on door and balcony not very secure. Bathroom had a bad smell from it.
