La proximité géographique avec le motif de ma venue à Vionnaz. Le très bon rapport qualité/prix des prestations et le calme de l'établissement (restaurant fermé pour congés).
La propreté (sol particulièrement).

L endroit magnifique hotel avec vue et proche de tout.
Dommage restaurant fermé le lundi, pas vu directement sur booking.

La chambre et la douche. La mise à disposition de café, thé etc...
Indisponibilité du personnel aux heures indiquées de chek-in nous faisant patienter 45 minutes en pleine chaleur. Les draps tachés. La ville avec trop peu de commerces (hors saison ?)
