Pleasant
Stuff was very nice. It is conveniently located just next to the Morillon slopes, however one of the two lifts was out of work for two days which resulted in enormous queues - on average it took about 30 minutes to get on the lift.
The property wasn’t clean on our arrival. Our bunk bed was in an entrance corridor, just opposite to the toilet (kids woke up every time someone entered the room or the toilet). There weren’t towels neither hair dryer (all of this was mentioned in a room facilities). There was almost no clothes storage in a room (we had a studio for 4 people) - just one pole with hangers and 2 drawers under the bunk bed.

Good
Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. Location very good, ski to door but a 10 min trek to the local sherpa.
Parking is a nightmare near the apartment, local parking is available about 1/2 mile away. We unloaded outside apartment (parking illegally for a short while) and dumped the car in the free public car park for the week - was OK, not a massive deal. Also, hot water was limited, OK if you all have showers but one large bath uses up your water for the day.
