This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs. It is furnished with a king in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest room. There are two TV's,(large flat screen HD in living room), a DVD player, a VCR and a stereo that plays your IPOD player. Carpet throughout the bedrooms and tile along the kitchen/living room. A fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. The unit has a brand new washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data.

We spent a week in this unit during the last week of June. Was a clean, well maintained, comfortable two bedroom unit. Very convenient to pool and beach. Not the Ritz Carlton but great for a family beach vacation. I will return in the future.

We had a great time! However our condo was subpar. We where with family and they were in rooms all over the complex (17 total). We visited many of these condos and it was obvious that our condo had not been updated in the way that most of the others had. We had what we needed but it was like staying at grandmas house with old hang me down furnishings. The washer sounded like a jet engine when we used it. However the Summerhouse complex and staff was great.
