About this apartment rental
Come enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor ocean view condo; poolside and just a short walk to the beach. Features a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are three flat screen TVs, internet and a DVD player. Wood flooring throughout which makes for an easier clean up from beach sand. Fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. Recently renovated in December 2017.

Overall a good experience. The chairs on the porch are pretty unstable- they could definitely be updated. There was a sour smell in the unit when we got there- maybe there was some mold present.

We enjoyed our stay at SH 446. It was in beautiful condition and clean upon arrival with a special treat from the owners. Thanks much. Everyone was happy for that show of kindness. The unit was clean and bright and met our needs in all ways. The location near the pool and beach was ideal for our daily activities, as both are very close. The beach in this area is amazing and it's a short walk to an area where vehicles aren't a concern, not to mention the parking area adjacent that allows for easy access for all the kids' beach toys. It's a perfect place to see the sunrise or take a walk in the late afternoon. The pool was cleaned every day and the kids loved it as well. Overall, each day was great inside and outside the unit. Best vacation ever!!! Thank you to the owners and to the management company!!!!
