Unit 357 has been recently decorated and is a direct oceanfront condo with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and Master bedroom. 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. It is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. This condo also includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, Smart TV in Living room, WI-FI, books and games for your pleasure. We love this unit. Have rented it many years. The A/C worked, but seemed to have trouble keeping up during the day. May need a freon check. We think it's time for the all the carpets to be steam cleaned: the regular carpets and the free standing carpets. As we would walk around, our feet kept getting dirty. Other than that, the unit was great!

We had a very nice time at Summerhouse for the 2 months we were there. Excellent office staff and maintenance crew, always very helpful. Also, the people renting the condo's were all very nice. The only major issue was the tap water had a sulfer smell to it when first turned on, had to run it for a few moments to rid the smell.

The unit could use some updates ...especially the sleeper sofa which my son slept on and the metal coils were extremely uncomfortable...maybe try putting a heavy mattress pad on it for the future or get a new more comfortable sleeper.
