About this apartment rental
You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs in our oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat.This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs. It is furnished with a king in the master suite, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two TV's, a DVD player, and a VCR. Tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Carpeting in the living areas. We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. The unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data.

We just finished up our stay at this beautiful and cozy condo! Will be going back next year as well! My family owned a unit for over 20 years at summerhouse and to go back and stay in another unit that was just as great as our old one, was perfect! The condo was so clean, had everything we needed, and was steps away from the pool and beach! Beds and furniture were very comfortable and we appreciated the many apps available in the tv for movies for adults and shows on coney and Netflix for my 4 year old. Only issue was the tv in the master may not be working? We couldn’t figure it out. The view is amazing and we kept saying over and over how we wanted to go ahead and book out for next year! Thank you for a great stay! The stringer/Williams party!

This place was everything it said it would be. The condo was clean and quite comfortable, the ocean right outside our door was just what I was looking for. It was a wonderful mini vacation with family. We will be meeting there again! The office staff was very friendly , really wonderful and great communication answered all my questions before we came.

Unit 358 was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds and one sofa were uncomfortable ... the beds were hard and squeaky and the sofa slanted to the front ... but other furnishings were comfortable and location was great.
