Summerhouse is outstanding with everything they provide. Great staff who keep the place running smoothly. SH 262 is an updated, ocean front unit. Only issue with it is the queen size bed in the master bedroom.

Condo was smaller than some we have rented especially the bathrooms. Great views. Main complaint was note on wood blinds on sliding door. It stated not to move and if broken you would be charged an exorbitant amount. We therefore left open for entire month. Need more user friendly furnishings for a rental.

Nice condo and location but was not clean. Sheets were spotted and floors were not clean. I know everyones interpretation of clean is different so it may not bother you.
