About this apartment rental
Tier 1. Beautifully decorated oceanfront townhouse with all the comforts of home. The unit is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Outstanding view of the beach and ocean with morning coffee on the balcony and imagine falling asleep every night with the sound of the waves hitting the beach. There are 3 flat screen TVs. One in the living and one in each bedroom. King bed in master bedroom. Full and two twins (trundle bed) in guest bedroom.

This was our first time staying at Summerhouse. It’s located a few miles south of St. Augustine. We were there in early May, and the complex was more than half empty. The condo was a beach front end unit, so we had wonderful views. Our only complaint was that on several occasions, the gate wouldn’t open, and I had to go inside the office to ask them to open it. By our last day there, it seemed to be working properly.

We were back again this year for 4 months on the beach in our favorite unit 109. Beautifully decorated, this unit has a captivating oceanside view. The office staff are friendly, supportive and responsive to any issues that arise. We have already booked for next year!
