Come stay with us in this gorgeous 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Ocean front unit. This unit features a spacious living room equipped with a leather sofa, loveseat and recliner as well as a large flat screen TV and large ceiling fan. This unit features a beautiful, fully renovated kitchen. Large granite countertops, dark cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and open window to the living room ensure you will have an enjoyable time in this kitchen. The master bedroom comes furnished with a king bed, large flat screen TV, and a renovated master bath with walk in shower. The north and east facing windows allows for plenty of light throughout the day. The first guest bedroom features two bunk bed sets as well as two dressers making this the perfect room for the little ones. The second guest bedroom comes with a queen size bed, flat screen tv and plenty of storage for your personal items. A large west facing window ensure plenty of light in the afternoon as well. The Guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combo, toilet and large vanity. Newer windows and sliding glass door help round out this beautiful unit and will make sure your time here is memorable.

We have stayed at the Summerhouse on four different occasions starting in 1984 when it was first built.On this trip, we arrived two weeks after the Milton hurricane. Our unit was not affected although another building was hit by a tornado and the roofing was being replaced.The condo unit has a very heavy rear sliding glass door, probably for protection against winds and storms but it takes some strength to move it. Beautiful views from the unit, especially the master bedroom. Outside you share a patio with the neighboring condo. I wish there had been a divider. The front door screen needs to be replaced as it would not shut promptly and it would have been preferred to have a keyless entry. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did make some meals daily. Several times we had small roaches running about in the kitchen. We liked all of the furniture and the beds were all comfortable.The pools were well maintained and we enjoyed them, Also, we were glad there were lights at the pickleball courts as we were there at least four times this week. The playground was minimalist for my grandson.St. Augustine had many wonderful places to eat and visit and shopping for groceries is about 10-15 minutes away. It is pretty isolated at the Summerhouse but that is nice for us as we mainly like the beach, pool and courts on a daily basis with a few side trips.

We love this condo. It fit our family’s needs well and the location could not be better. The whole experience was better than we had hoped! My only criticism is that the kitchen had a few insect visitors despite me keeping the food in sealed containers at all times. But halfway through our week, we ceased having any issues with that too. Overall a wonderful visit to your great condo!

This condo is the best! Extremely clean and very roomy! The layout makes it great for a large family. The kitchen has lots of counter and cabinet space. The grill is an added surprise. Right at the beach access with the pool immediately in front. All employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
