Great place for a getaway with my hubby and super convenient (walkable) to shops and restaurants. The beach is wide and just across the street! We love it here and will be coming back soon!

We stayed here for a girls’ trip and had a great time. The condo itself was just what we were looking for - clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Enough space for the four of us and just a few steps away from the beach. Everything you need for the beach is provided - towels, chairs, buggy, umbrella, cooler - which was so convenient. St. John’s Pass is right down the road and downtown St. Pete is a quick uber ride away (check out the rooftop at the Moxy!). The common areas of the building weren’t as inviting however, as they are currently undergoing some renovations. But we had a fantastic stay regardless. Also, if you’re looking to spend your trip relaxing poolside, this property won’t be a good fit. Head to the beach instead!

Place is near all the fun spots, beaches and St. John’s Pass fun area for adults and kids. Bay cruises take off from the pier there.
Accommodations were great nice master bedroom with king sized bed. Nicely stocked kitchen made at least one home cooked meal a day (breakfast) close to Publix, Target, Walmart.
Beach wagon and chairs were awesome and convenient for the short walk to the sandy beaches. Would highly recommend
