Sehr schöne, große Wohnung, schöne Ausserdem, Balkone, sehr sauber. Auch das Haus ist gepflegt, die Rezeption sehr freundlich, der Parkplatz sehr gut. Die Betten sind bequem. Kontakte zur Verwaltung war sehr freundlich. Ich würde die Wohnung wieder auswählen. Top Lage zum schönen Sandstrand und zum Boardwalk.

Es gab Mängel im Badezimmer des Masterbedroom. Der Wasserdruck war zu niedrig, die automatische Toilettenreinigung (Bidetfunktion) hat nicht funktioniert, der Fön war defekt.

The beautiful decor, the 2 private balconies, amenities provided in the condo like tons of extra pillows, blankets, beach gear such as towels/umbrella/boogie boards! Also loved the large main shower! Very spacious for us and our 18 & 20 year old adult kids! The marina view was quaint & relatively quiet our entire stay. Loved the 5 minute stroll to John's Pass full of fun shops, eateries, views of the ocean & inlet.

Only issues I would mention was not being able to figure out the Roku even with our tech-savvy kids helping. Would've liked 1 or 2 more rolls of toilet paper as extra. Even the 2 extras that were provided got used up quickly (very basic brand, small rolls)

Great location

The pans were in need of replacing, the place smelled like mildew/mold when we arrived, and the building is old and needs repair. The Pool was disgustingly dirty water.

It was beautiful, mostly clean and conveniently located.

There was a ridiculous amount of gnats surrounding the kitchen space and the hallway bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and was only able to cook on check in day due to the amount of gnats flying around.
