We loved starting our mornings by watching the sunrise from one of the balconies, then making our way down to the beach for the breathtaking sunsets. It’s only about 100 yards from the elevator to the sand, so we would set up a tent and cooler in the morning and come and go throughout the day, stopping by the pool and Jacuzzi along the way.
The condo itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back again next year!

Great location, perfect size for the 4 of us, loved the two balcony's! Kitchen was well equipped, nicely decorated and plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. Would definitely book here again!

The room and location was perfect for our fam!
Pros:
- Right across from public access and beach was clean and not busy at all
- Love the walkabilty … at least 5 coffee places within 1/2 mile so I tried a new one every day and so many cute shops, tours and restaurants
- Loved having the 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, wagon and small cooler
- saw manatees in the bay behind us from our balcony
- appreciated the starter supplies
- pool is small, so it can get crowded but I loved the tanning ledge
- beautiful sunsets skies
Cons:
Honestly, none… small things
- we weren’t sure where to put trash, there were some gnats upon arrival but we took care of it
- TV in the family room turns on by itself … We never did figure it out, so we just turned the volume down all the way before we turned it off
- elevator kinda slow but manageable
- there were some benefits from my I-trip that I wish were a little clearer

The condo looked exactly like it does in the ad, which is beautifully decorated and furnished. The view from the patio was nice. The management company was prompt and effective.
The problems started with the stench of cigarette odor that blasted me in the face upon entering the unit. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and immediately contacted the iTrip guest services. They quickly replied and said they would have maintenance take care of it. They asked when we were leaving the next day (to go out), and arranged the treatment, which was an ozone generator that could not be operated with people around. We spent the night with all windows open, and when we returned from our outing the next day, the smell was gone. The thing that bothered me most (besides the odor) was that I had contacted the owner asking about their smoking policy and was told it wasn't allowed. Yet I found 2 ashtrays stored under the sink.
Secondly, the ice made my bottled water taste terrible. It smelled like cat urine. Really, really bad. Luckily, the owner seemed to know about the problem because there were 2 empty ice trays in the freezer. I dumped all the bad ice out and washed the container. Then I began the process of making ice. I could get 6 trays frozen each day, but had to use my own bottled water. It was a nuisance.
Thirdly, on our 5th night, at exactly 1 am, the smoke alarm started blaring. Once again, I made a call and it was fixed within 15 minutes. Fresh batteries replaced annually would have prevented that problem.
The master bed was quite comfy, and I liked how it raised and lowered with the touch of a button. Sadly the 2nd bedroom mattress was lumpy and my son got a sore back.
And lastly, our stay was in early February, and was quite cold and damp towards the end of our week. I turned on the heat, but it didn't reach the master bedroom or bath. I blasted it to 80 degrees and it still didn't warm the bathroom. It made for several cold showers. Speaking of which, the water pressure in both showers was very poor. I didn't bother the management about either of these problems but left a note for the owner.
In conclusion, beautiful condo with some real problems.
