Excellent, especially Kate who called each of our family to let them know that their unit was ready and two were actually ready earlier than expected. She also explained to our other family members as we had 4 units booked about the neighborhood and pool etc. I stayed here a few times per year so I come to celebrate birthdays every year. Everyone had a great time. Kudos to Kate!

Water pressure could be better and no dish soap. With that aside, all was great!

We enjoyed the unit we stayed in very much. So much , that my family is pushing for thanksgiving to stay there.Very close to John's Pass. Easy walk. Less than 1/4 mile. Harbor view was nice.

The condo was exactly as written on vrbo. The staff was very accommodating. We had a small issue that required a work order, they had it fixed before we got back in the afternoon of adventures. The condo is a perfect distance to the beach and a short walk to John's Pass. It was also wonderful to have beach chairs and boards available to use.
