The beach access is great! We went over a few times a day as it’s so close. John’s Pass is also less than 10 min walk, lots of shops, restaurants. Unit was on the water side so quieter than the street. Good blackout curtains in master bedroom. It was noisy when the upstairs neighbors were walking around at night. Overall we were happy.

Check in was simple. Love that you have someone available 24/7. This is a nice touch and ensures greater control of the entire property. Also, employees working the desk were friendly and accommodating.

This condo was located near the beach and many restaurants. We have friends on nearby Treasure Island so this was the perfect place for a weekend stay for us. The kitchen was lacking for pots and pans. I know most people go out to eat but there was not a decent size fry pan for us to even make scrambled eggs. Also the condo was very clean except some cooking items had food still on them. I think the previous guests just placed them back into the cabinets without a good wash. The biggest issue with this unit is the wifi. You could connect but the connection was consistently being dropped. I had to use cellular data in order to connect to my laptop. Overall the unit is great I did not give it 5 stars because of the Wifi issue.

Excellent. Had a washing machine problem. Maintenance responded quickly.
Great view. Condo exactly as pictured. Relaxing. Saw a manatee and 3 dolphins.
