Excellent! Your customer service was excellent. Kate was so accommodating from the minute we checked in. Making sure our stay was wonderful. She made wonderful suggestions for dinner and breakfasts. We will definitely come back!

Easy check in process Kate at front desk was great and the room has a perfect view even seen some dolphins as well. We walked to John’s Pass as well a few times and beach right across the street!

The beach access is great! We went over a few times a day as it’s so close. John’s Pass is also less than 10 min walk, lots of shops, restaurants. Unit was on the water side so quieter than the street. Good blackout curtains in master bedroom. It was noisy when the upstairs neighbors were walking around at night. Overall we were happy.

Check in was simple. Love that you have someone available 24/7. This is a nice touch and ensures greater control of the entire property. Also, employees working the desk were friendly and accommodating.
