Its convenient location makes it easy to enjoy the area whether you have a car or not. Walk to nearby restaurants and shops, hop on the FREE public transportation to Winter Park Resort for a day of skiing, or take advantage of your dedicated parking space in the covered garage.

After a day on the slopes or trails, come home and unwind in the comfortable living room. The open-concept layout connects the living area with the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, creating a welcoming space to prepare meals, relax, and enjoy time with family and friends.

The kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare a casual breakfast or a full dinner. Afterward, head outside to enjoy the communal hot tub and soak your muscles after a day of mountain adventures.
