Pride of ownership in this property is evident. It is comfortable, clean, kept and beautifully decorated. It’s been thoughtfully equipped with what you need to prepare basic family meals there and is a lovely space to enjoy.
We had a large van from our rental company which was difficult to get into the walled driveway. We did it, but would be much easier with a smaller car. Would’ve also been nice to have had a broom to sweep with though out the week, but that was not a big deal.

Отличный дом для отдыха, для пятерых человек нам было вполне комфортно и достаточно места. Фото актуальны. Большая кухня с практически всем необходимым, уютная гостиная. Хорошие подушки, сетки от насекомых практически на всех окнах, в том числе на двери во двор. Хорошее местоположение, без машины на Сан-Мигеле нет смысла жить не в столице, супермаркет в 20 минутах, недалеко Понта-Делгада, Сете Ситадеш и аэропорт соответственно.
Одна из спален проходная, на фото это не было очевидно, но для нас это не было проблемой.
