Apartment T3 in Downtown with Sea View

Being picked up at the airport was excellent and really enjoyed it after a night flight .

We love the spacious of the 3 bedroom apartment, and the close proximity to airport and downtown.

1.location - great location as the base to explore Sao Miguel, close to highway, airport and supermarkets, 2.spacious - big spaces with 2 bathrooms, solid wood furnitures, 3.washing machine - convenient, and hang dry very fast 4.well equipped kitchens,

1.street parking - tough to find during the day till late evening, though the host provides on site underground parking, we never use it, 2.smelly closets - the closets have old stale smells, we didn’t use them, 3.lighting - the left corner bedroom and the hallway bathroom can be brighter,

Ubicación con aparcamiento en la puerta y de fácil acceso. Camas cómodas y buena comunicación con el anfitrión.

Las puertas de acceso se abren con una aplicación de móvil, si te quedas sin batería puedes abrir la puerta del piso con un código pero la de acceso al edificio no, así que siempre lleva batería externa encima. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, tuvimos que dejar estropajos y bayetas nuevas porque daba asco hasta tirar los que había. El baño de ducha no lo usamos por la falta de limpieza..moho en toda la ducha. El salón también con humedades y sofá roto. No se corresponde con las fotos el estado del piso. Falta de limpieza en general, apenas pisamos el piso, solo para dormir porque no te invitaba a otra cosa.
