Substantial property which is hard to find on Sao Miguel, lots of room, towels, dishes, very spacious rooms, an inner yard and a balcony. Nice view from the balcony, bird sounds. Many windows somewhat compensate for the lack of A/C (but we found that A/C is rare to find on Sao Miguel and we managed without it). Parking is available which is another bonus on usually very narrow streets. We loved the lock box provided for the key - no need to worry about losing it.
A few little things were missing such as a lighter for BBQ. a corkscrew etc. Nothing big, just a hassle that we don't want to have when on vacation (and don't want to run around buying things).
