Casa muito espaçosa e resguardada mesmo no meio da cidade, ótima para relaxar com amigos à noite após um dia cansativo. Casas de banho muito espaçosas e cozinha bem equipada. O anfitrião é muito simpático.
A casa deveria arejar mais, pois cheira a mofo em algumas zonas. A mobília está cuidada apesar de antiga e é engraçado pois tentaram manter o ambiente rústico da casa. Contudo, há mobilia a mais nos corredores, e a menos nos quartos (nenhum tem roupeiro).
2 quartos ficam virados para a rua e o isolamento sonoro é fraco.

House is stunning; you can feel azorean spirit there ! is very spacious- has 3 stories (!) so everyone will find its own place.
We have some small technical difficulties but our host fix it in no time.
House is super close to the city center but also to the park where are some cultural activities especially in the summer.
Higly reccomend this place!

While some people would class it as old fashioned, I loved all the mahogany fine furniture and the Antiques Tapestries and Art. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and of good quality. Plenty hot water for showers and a huge sized bath. A very central fine property and I will stay again if the oportunity arises.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nicely renovated. Lots of space.
Not enough fans in the house. It was very hot.
There was no toilet paper in the house only 1 roll for 5 people. It was supposed to be provided but instead we had to go out and buy some.
Items that were listed that we were supposed to be provided (I e. Patio furniture, BBQ facility, iron, wine glasses) were no where to be found.
The shower on main floor was broken and didn't work properly
A handrail broke off the wall because it only had 1 screw.
I messaged them multiple times and they never responded back to me.
