The location is perfect, the plage is near (approx. 5 minutes), the host was exceptional, she responded to me always in 5 minutes or less. The bed is super comfy, the view from the room is also nice - great view on the mountains. There is no AC in the room but in Nice nights are always chilly (21-24 degrees Celsius), so if you leave the balcony door open for the night you won’t be hot. The kitchen is also fully equipped. I would recommend this property to everyone 100%.

Mieszkanie bardzo ładne i czyste. Jest dobrze wyposażony i ma świetną lokalizację, blisko do plaży i komunikacji miejskiej.
W mieszkaniu jest bardzo wysoko zawieszona toaleta, ale nie jest to duży problem.
