Appartement très lumineux, spacieux et calme. Situation proche du centre, accessible en transports en commun depuis la gare (marcher 5 - 10 minutes). Immeuble « historique » des années 50-60 avec le confort qui va avec. Ici a résidé un réalisateur laiton réputé. Appartement très propre. Départ tardif possible.
Pas d’explication pour trouver la bonne entrée, le N°20 en possède 4 avec le même code ; propriétaire injoignable à ce moment là. Résidence des années 50-60, parties communes dégradées.
manque une table de chevet, éclairage de la chambre : 1 ampoule marche sur les 3. Pas de voilages dans la cuisine dont l’évier fait aussi office de lavabo (retour aux années 60).
Odeur d’urine de chats sur le palier.
Pas d’explication pour le fonctionnement du lave-linge (écriture en cyrillique :) )

Vienīgais kas šajā dzīvoklī bija patīkams, tā bija gulta.
Ja kāds vēlas atkārtoti piedzīvot padomju laikus, tas viss ir dabūnams šajā dzīvoklī.
