Labai gera lokacija, šalia tramvajaus stotelė (labai rekomenduoju nusipirkti kelių dienų nuolatinį ir važinėti viešuoju transportu, patogu ir nebrangu), prekybos centrai, nelabai toli iki paplūdimio, ramus rajonas. Butas ne naujai įrengtas, bet nenudevėtas, yra viskas, ko gali prireikti trumpai viešnagei, privalumas, kad atskirai yra geriamas vanduo (iš krano irgi geras), skalbiklė ir džiovyklė, yra mikrobangė ir kavos aparatas (filtras), labai maloni ir paslaugi šeimininkė.
Virtuvėje ir patalpoje, kur yra tualetas, dušas ir skalbiklė bei džiovyklė, nėra langų ir trūksta ventiliacijos.

Naktsmājas labā vietā, pāris pieturas no centra (tramvaja pietura turpat blakus). Jauka, atsaucīga saimniece. Miteklī pieejams pilnīgi viss nepieciešamais, lai uzturētos arī ilgāku laiku, jo var gatavot ēst un izmazgāt drēbes.
Noderētu kāda vienkārša, rakstiska instrukcija, kā lietot TV, jo neizdevās atrast nevienu kanālu (bet tā nebija absolūta nepieciešamība).
