Liels, normāls dzīvoklis centrā, ērta gulta, iespēja pasēdēt arī ārā.
Tikai gaumes jautājums - galdauts un dekoratīvās sedziņas - lieki.

Lieliska komunikācija ar saimnieci, ļoti pretimnākoša. Dzīvoklis pašā centrā netālu no Rožu laukuma. Tīrs, ērts, viss nepieciešamais ērtai un mierpilnai nedēļas nogalei. Daudz jauku nianšu, kas rada viesmīlīgu sajūtu - kafijas automāts, olīveļļa, saldumi.. Bet 10 par klavierēm - tas ir kaut kas ļoti īpašs un romantisks!
Varbūt ērtāk būtu, ja dzīvoklītim būtu pieejama autostāvvieta iekšpagalmā. Ir ok arī novietot auto uz ielas (tur var bez maksas), bet pirmajā mirklī tas radīja satraukumu, jo pa dienu iela bija pilna ar mašīnām - bet vēlāk vietas atbrīvojās.
