Fontaine Mansion

Location, view from the terrace, interior 🤩🤩🤩 Property can accomodate up to eight guests. It was only 3 of us but I chose the mansion due to it being spacious- kitchen, large sitting area, terrace and bedroom. Price is also very reasonable

During the colder season the bathroom can feel quite cold, also there was a slight smell of sewage from the bathroom. This has never been an issue before, so i assume this was a one off situation

Been staying here several times and it’s always a pleasure to return. Love the location, the style and how spacious is the property. Outdoor terrace with the view towards harbour is great, especially during the warm season when you can sit out and enjoy some bbq. Within walking distance you have several pubs, restaurants and fast food places, supermarkets for groceries, public transport, cultural venues. Hosts have always been available and responsive to enquiries, doing everything in their power to accomodate guests needs.

You have to be mindful that the building is historical and soundproofing between the floors is poor

Its so authentic building and interior! :) Stones, wood, all style furniture and things. Pleasant communication with owner. ;)

It was no hairdryer, very poor sound isolation, double bed is just made from.two separates beds that is moving and makes a space in the middle.

Clear instructions how to collect the keys. The appartment equiped with fridge, equipment for cooking.

The room has no windows and ventilation is poor- some odours of an old house felt. Sounds from other rooms heard. No TV or radio available
