Fair for the price.
A good location, also the place is suitable for children.
There was much dust under the sofa, bed and in some corners. Also the sofa needs to be washed already. It’s not our first stay at this place, but it used to be much cleaner.

Elija in general is a good complex of appartments. Spacious parking places, good location.
Apartment full of things that doesn't make any sense.
When you step in through the door, there is a huge mirror, but no place to hang a coat or jacket. Actually I never seen an apartment without some sort of hanging place for your outdoor clothes. Simple nail in the wall is enough.
Entire apartment has only one closet where half of it is with host stuff, so you have 5 shelfs in total for your stay. 2 weeks with a family of four means almost everything is on the floor.
Bedroom has only one table where half of it is taken by the some Swan art. Great for photos, not so great for actual stay. Same thing with a big standing lamp in the main room. It falls down when you touch it and stands in the corner where is no free outlets to turn it on. Absolutely pointless stuff.
Photos first mindset also feels with dinning table. Piece of glass looks nice, but wobbles around and yet another thing to worry about when you are staying there with a kids.
There is no dishwasher, well ok, but also there is no hanging cabinets or simple tray on the table to put dishes to dry out.
At the time of stay there was a cold summer days in a range of 10-20 degrees. Apartment AC units doesn't work properly. No matter what temperature you set it always cools down the air. Even if you explicitly set mode to heating with 30 degrees it only cools down the room which is already cold. If you need to cool down the room, it drips condensate on the floor after few hours. Due to lot of windows inside temperature is almost the same as outside. Bathroom heating element for towels doesn't exist. The only heating source for the apartment was cooking food... All in all moist and cold apartment.
Taking about bathroom, there are no cabinets for your stuff. Shower head hose is very short, I never had to bend down to reach the shoulders in my life, but here we are. There is no source of light in the shower, so it is kinda dark in there. But you have a bidet.

Weekend at sea side
Location
There were done several updates of room facilities: of customer service phone number, Internet service provider, cable TV provider, but visitors were not informed about. We needed to struggle initially with their problems, then write a message and call to cope with the problems. It would be nice if all their updates were tested and guests properly informed. For E.g., remote control of the TV box is not intuitive( just a few knobs), but not instructions on how to use it.

Everything was great. In good weather the sea is quickly accessible, in bad - you can admire the sea from property.
Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Spacious kitchen with all necessary utensils and dishes. Breathtaking view of the sea and sunsets.

We really love this apartment and its wonderful location — it’s bright, spacious, and has plenty of room for a comfortable stay. We’ve stayed here three times already, and every time we appreciated the convenience and atmosphere.
However, during this visit, we noticed a certain worn-out feeling that wasn’t as obvious before. There are stains on the sofa that are covered with a blanket, quite a bit of dust and dirt under the bed, a broken button on the washing machine, and several small details that together slightly spoiled the overall impression of an otherwise beautiful place.

Very beautiful apartments with everything you need. There are big windows with not bad view. You can't see sea, but you can see rising sun. Apartments are really enough for two person with dog.

I visited Sventoji in winter. The room temperature was 10 degrees... first night was very cold....wc ground heating wasn't working. Only the next morning room reached 18 degrees...

Nice place near the sea, awesome bicycle road to the Palanga and a shop is nearby. Everything worked and looked fine in the room.
Room has sign that no smoking is allowed, but when we came there, curtains and beds were having cigarette smell

Bright, big and clean apartment. The bed is very comfortable
The bath clog didn't work, we used a plastic bag to close and fill the bath. When we filled it, the whole bathroom flooded and we had to clean all the water from the floor. While cooking we couldn't use an oven hood, because it made strange broken sounds.
