Didelė patogi miegamojo lova, gera lokacija, puiku, kad virtuvė iš dalies atskirta nuo miegamosios erdvės. Patogus vonios kambarys, didelė spinta, kurioje buvo patogu laikyti visus daiktus.
Sofos-lovos apdaila buvo nudriskusi, odos gabalai tiesiog krito nuo pagalvių užvalkalų, o tai buvo neestetiška.

Lokacija puiki. Iki juros netoli nueiti. Viskas buvo puiku.
Gal labiau butu pastebejimas gyvenant ilgiau su mazu vaiku ir gaminant maista pritruko mazesnio puodo ir normalaus peilio😀beje viska suprantu bet sofa keisti arba rasti kita buda nes oda kuri lupasi nera malonu ir saugu bunant su vaiku.

Gražus,tvarkingas gražiai įrengtas butas. Viskas yra ir įrankiai, ir lėkštės, bliūdai, puodeliai, rankšluoščiai. Yra kondicionierius. Viskas pasiekiama labai greitai, nes viskas yra netoli. Yra wifi nemokamas, parkingas prie namų nemokamas. Vertinu tikrai labai gerai 🙃
Reikėtų jau pakeisti sofą lovą, nes jau lupasi dirbtina oda gabaliukais prikrenta visur ant žemės. Yra kavos aparatas, bet nebuvo kapsulių, bet viską galima nusipirkti. Ir balkonas labai mažas jame padėtas kondicionierius. Galima išeiti bet tik tiek nes daugiau vietos jame nėra. Ir dar laiptinėje nėra šviesos tamsios paros metu.
