Valid for room 8-2 - On the 51st floor - Great view - Modern apartment - Only 2 or 3 flats up, and you've got a study room, a small gym, a conference room (I think), a swimming pool, and two smaller pools with Jacuzzi - Effective AC, maybe putting it straight over the bed wasn't the best decision, but it works great. You need to turn on the rightmost 👉 switch under it - The TV also works great, but they didn't pay for streaming services so I just used mine - You need to MANUALLY turn the electric boiler (unlimited water), or and use it's metallic little valve, otherwise all you'll get is cold water ONLY (which might not be that inappropriate, given the climate, but if you're sick or your AC is on...). The switch is the one on the other extreme, the leftmost 👈 one - The fan actually works, it's just counterintuitive because the switch doesn't have an LED like the other ones, and it's kinda broken. You need to firmly press in the bottom right part of it, and the switch is just on the right of the one of the boiler, I think - Not much paper, but you can ask the cleaning personnel to give you a roll of paper, if you need it, when you bump into them (for free). At least it worked for us... - The laundry is very cheap, about 30 minutes of washing costs 5 RM (1 euro, more or less), and the same is for the drying (30 minutes, adjustable temperature), 5 RM. Basically, for 2 euros we could wash our clothes. No card accepted, only cash and online Malaysian wallets. It's on floor 30, and they give you 1 coin for each ringgit As a neutral note, elevators can be slow... sometimes it takes minutes just to get to it (and the fact that the building has a lot of tourists, makes it worse, I think...)
- The cutlery looks like toy cutlery, very fragile - Don't get your door code wrong more than 3 times in a row, or you'll be locked out and you'll need to wait for the guy to come, verify it's you (I guess, because it looked like he could unlock it through his phone), and then unlock it for you. He didn't take too long, maybe 10 or 15 minutes, but yeah, better to avoid it. It happened to us, and we heard the "alarm" ringing for others doors, as well, so probably we weren't the only ones. Your card won't work with it (unless they change the mechanism...), and the fingerprint, of course, won't work either. So you can only insert the code. Probably, after a few days, if you stay there enough, you'll learn it by heart. If you get one digit wrong, just wait a few seconds, let the LEDs turn off, and try again. As far as we could observe, that won't count...

The location is great. Near to KL sentral and the train. Easy to walk and be linked to things. The room mostly has everything you need. To pool at the top is nice and to have gym facilities.
The place needs more lifts as it’s a busy apartment building. Reception is always full of people and this is the same for the pool, gym, laundry. It’s fine but facilities can get busy. The room itself is fine and has all the amenities apart from I had no plates or bowls or dish cloth. It can also be quite noisy as you can hear the corridor outside. The check in process was fine but wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t show you your room or check everything was ok. Felt quite transactional. Also booking.com charged me more than what I was sold because of additional charges (tax, operations) so be aware. I felt like I was sold a good value stay which actually turned out to be more expensive
