Nice location and close to the metro station Nice Room, slightly small but all new Cool restaurant and Bar and cafe downstairs

250€ per day was defined a “special rate” from the woman at the reception, this is how she justified that we would receive a cleaning service only once within 6 days. I had to request that the room could get clean at least twice, which was accepted ( with the clarification that this should be a chargeable service). I think this is not ok for what is called a 4 star hotel and it is the main reason why I would not consider coming back. Second reason is the very uncomfortable bed, which killed out back in 6 days.

I loved the location and friendly staff.

The lack of caring when I reported issues. I observed several mice in coffee shop area multiple times and when I reported they didn’t seem to care. The front lobby has water jugs and glasses that are available. I observed a man put his mouth on the jug faucet and drink instead of using a glass. I reported and the guy didn’t even care. He left the dirty jug sitting there and other patrons used it. The guys mouth germs were on it. Yuck.
