    there was an initial struggle to find the apartment at late night due to low street light and small signboard at the entrance, together with confusing for awhile to how to open the main door due to the digital key app is in Dutch instead of English. The other fellow travelers arrive later and able to get in after they open the main door. Other than those two incidents, the apartment suite is Exceptional. Large bedroom with full room width glass and lots of light for the morning, kitchenette, espresso machine, and a small dishwasher make it ideal if I stay longer next time. a separate small room with couch and larger TV is ideal also. The choice of shampoo, conditioner, handwash using Ritual is perfect match. PROs: quiet location, easy access to tram, next to the park, spacious room, kitchenette with espresso machine and small dishwasher, separate room with couch and larger TV, room length glass with lots of lights and blackout curtains. CONs: at late night, the building is not easy to find due to low street light and tiny signboard not easily visible. the description for the sliders in the digital key app is only in Dutch without English and it is initially struggling to open the main door. Verdict: other than small glitches mentioned in the CONs for the initial arrival, it is a perfect place in AMS. I would stay there again.

    Had everything we needed. After initial teething problem regarding not getting an email with QR code attached it was eventually sorted. Friendly helpful member of staff who went out her way to replace the missing tv remote. About a 20 min walk into the heart of Central Amsterdam, We felt safe in this area which is opposite the zoo.

    Well located, by the zoo and botanical gardens, and about 15-20 mins from the Central Station by foot. Room was not ready for check in at 3pm, and also the description was wrong - the set up is a Queen Bed, single bed and sofa bed. But the hotel sorted that for us with an alternate arrangement - we were 4x with one of those 20 weeks pregnant.
