    Excellent location, walking distance from a fantastic peasant market (which opens daily from around 9:30 AMto 5 PM). Nice neighbourhood. short distance from Canal district.

    Its prime location was incredibly convenient and just steps away from 2 tram stop. We had very easy access to the entire city. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

    Wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. We arrived at 1:45 and was hoping go check in at 2pm as stated on the Agoda website, however check in was not until 3pm. We didn’t actually check in till 3:10pm. The room itself does not look like the photos on any booking website. The room is drab and boring, doesn’t have any of the blue accents shown in the photos and is utterly filthy. The shower was full of strands of hair, there were crumbs of food on the table and dust/stains on many surfaces such as the outside table. The rooms need a desperate refurbishment. Additionally, the toilet seat was sliding off of the toilet, the hairdryer fell apart when being used and numerous plug sockets were broken and I am utterly disgusted with the cleanliness of this hotel room and urge others to look elsewhere when booking a hotel in Amsterdam.
