The hosts, Carlos welcomed us even though we came in later in the day and Jan Willem, came by to say goodbye with a gift. The location was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

The air conditioning was a bit loud at night but we were there during a heatwave so we had to have it on all night.

Very kind hosts, very clean, beautiful interior and mini fridge drinks etc. were complimentary

30+ minutes walking to the city centre but it’s a nice neighbourhood and the metro are very close by so no problem

Spotless, very cosy and wonderful hosts in Carlos & Jan who are excellent communicators and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay.

No breakfast option but plenty of choice nearby.

The location of the space was great! It was very close to restaurants and walking distance to the Rijksmuseum. Also across the street was Albert Cuyp market, which is the biggest open air market of Europe. The bed was very comfortable and had lots of pillow options, and the shower was really nice with a big rain-style showerhead. The space was super clean and well designed with thoughtful touches and art. We also really appreciated having a little fridge to store snacks, and the hosts gave us complimentary beer and wine as well, which was a nice surprise.

We would have loved to have a little desk or somewhere to work, though I understand this would not fit in the space because the bed is a king size. I know a lot of people love a giant bed, but I would prefer a smaller bed and more sitting room or a table -- just my personal preference.
