PROPERTY & NEIGHBORHOOD: Beautiful and well appointed home located in waterfront luxury resort in Ocean City and Berlin area with many recreational amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball, fitness center, clubhouse with meeting rooms and WIFI, game room with pool table, playground, crabbing piers, kayak docks, fishing pond. Home interior is spectacular with large rooms, open floor plan, high ceilings and plenty of windows for natural light and terrific views! Home is beautifully and comfortably furnished! Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops. Multiple decks and patio.

LOCATION: This gorgeous home is located off rt. 611 in the Desirable Bayside neighborhood. Conveniently between both Assateague and Ocean City beaches. Assateague National Park is home of the wild beach ponies! roughly a 10-12 min drive to the beach in either direction.
Frontier Town Campground is just a mile down the road as well which features a water park open to the public as well as other activities such as zipline/ropewalk courses, rodeos and Western Cowboy/Indian Village with FREE daily shows.
Restaurants and Supermarkets are also in close proximity. Headed towards Assateague you will find Assateague Crab House, a local favorite, as well as assateague surf shop and cafe. Headed the other way towards Rt. 50 to Ocean City, there is a Food Lion grocery store and numerous popular local and chain restaurants.
about 5 mins west on Rt. 50 you will also find a Super Walmart with more shopping/restaurants around.
Whether you decide to stay close to relax by the pool or venture out to the waterparks, beaches and restaurants nearby, rest assured you will have more than enough options to keep you and your party entertained!

This was a great house for our large group! The community amenities were great, the location was easy to access OCMD and Assateague for the beach, plus good food and shops close by! The owner was really responsive and accommodating during our stay!

We booked this property to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. We had 6 adults and 6 children (ages 2-10) with us and this house was perfect. It was a beautiful, clean house in a wonderful location. We were a short drive from beaches, boardwalk and restaurants and we utilized the pool in the development often. The property manager was outstanding, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this location if you want to have a wonderful time in OCMD!
