The location is great, as is the front yard and porch, and the size and number of beds are fantastic for a large group. Each room has its own AC for personal preferences. Extra refrigerator, extra sink, extra space... this is really a great space for a large group.
This is the second time at Holland House for us. I think overall, this was a better experience. There were issues we had last time that we didn't this time. There still isn't really a working wifi, so watching TV on a rainy day is not really possible bc it's a fire tv. We were able to buy a free trial for xffinity, so it worked out in the end. The bathrooms could use some updates and deep cleaning. The size comes with the age of the house, but some updates and cleaning wouldn't hurt.

Great location and very accessible to the boardwalk and other activities. Lots of space in the house, and great air conditioning during the hot summer weather. The host also made check-in very simple.
Minor hardware improvements to be made. Could have had a privacy curtain in the downstairs bathroom, and some minor scuffing on the kitchen floors.

A casa fica em uma otima localização, a casa é um pouco mais velha mas me atendeu muito bem. Fiacamos muito bem acomodados , a casa fica na avenida principal tem uma grande varanda e um quintal na frente, eu super recomendo e voltaria mais vezes .
so a pia e o vaso do banheiro que fica dentro do quarto que estava entupido, mas tirando isso tudo estava normal.
