The location is directly on the beach. The condo was spacious enough for large groups. The listing is listed as 4 bedrooms but one of the "bedrooms" on the top floor is a loft and does not have a door. You have to enter through the loft "bedroom" to get to the 4th bedroom as well. The renters who stayed before us left mounds of trash outside that we were forced to deal with immediately upon checkin. The owner was quick to respond, but essentially said there was nothing he could do. The trash company ran, but dumped trash all over the road and left of there. Our neighbors were complaining and we did not have room to park our 3rd vehicle because of the trash. The neighbors ended up picking up the trash, which made it even more akward.The inside could use a deep clean, especially of the carpets. My kids's feet were black from walking barefoot in there. Again, hard to say what it would have looked like had the party before us not trashed the place. Owner did refund us the cleaning fee since it was not very clean upon arrival. Overall, we made good memories and the location was great, but a few things could be improved upon.
