Some feedback on our recent stay-Room for improvement:Safety issues1-electric sockets need upgrade. They give off a spark when plugged into. Some of the sockets do not fit any plugs. Some plugs fall right out of the sockets2- loose porch step. The first step leading from the first floor to upstairs is not secure.3- Bikes. They were rusted from being stored outside. Brakes failed.Inconveniences1- Ice maker in both refrigerators did not work. I don’t believe a water supply was hooked up to them. No ice cube trays were provided to make your own ice. 2- washcloths not provided with the towels3-1st floor bathroom sink- cold water was turned off due to leak4- internet was not working during our entire stay. We were told it was an issue with provider. We were issued a small refund. Still was a pain.Cosmetic issues-Ceiling tiles- in 1st floor living room are damaged, with water stains and a hole in itPositivesGreat layout and location. Attractive. Clean. Comfortable..Loved the porch decks and lights.We took our dog with us and had a great time with family. Despite the issues I mentioned, I would definitely return!

This property was perfect for group of friends. The location is a super short walk to the beach, which let us come and go as we needed. It’s also close to a grocery store. Everything was clean and all our needs were met. The outdoor showers, beach supplies, and large decks made for a great beach experience. Our check in and check out were seamless and the instructions were clear. Our only complaints are that the outlets are mostly ungrounded, which was inconvenient for charging, and the beds were all on very squeaky springs. Otherwise, everything was great.

Inside the condo was clean, however both outside decks with table and chairs was completely filthy. Outdoor showers did not work. Some of the pots and pans in the lower condo could be replaced because they were deformed.There is a pigeon at the top deck that has a nest, and there was major bird droppings all over the place. Also, I would suggest for a exterminator to check the both circular deck area, because there was multiple bumblebees hanging around.
