About this apartment rental
Beautiful ocean view house, steps from the OC Boardwalk at 12th Street, with two entire private floors for your group to enjoy. This unique condo consists of two connected floors (the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house) with 7 Bedrooms and 4 1/2 Baths. Larger groups can also rent our first floor condo, which has 3 Beds and 2 Baths, to accommodate even more family and friends to make great memories!
Sorry, no high school seniors. Non- family group tenants must be 30 years or older
This unit is the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home. Get a great view over the Atlantic ocean from one of the front porches. Amazing views - lots of fun.
You will have full access to the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house.
We are available via phone, email, and Airbnb messaging but will just leave you alone to enjoy your stay, unless you need us!
Located in the heart of downtown OC, just steps from a quiet section of OC`s world famous boardwalk. Walk to the action at local bars, to Thrasher`s to satisfy your French fry cravings, etc.
Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Public Ocean City beach bus with stops along Coastal Highway. Bike rental on the boardwalk.

The house was very clean although new shower curtains would be recommended. Our host Matt was excellent. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The kitchen was fully stocked.

Great location. Steps from the beach and boardwalk. Great floor plan and large living area for gathering with friends. We would stay here again.

Location near the boardwalk and beach, is great. Beds were uncomfortable, and the bed clothes are cheap and flimsy. The outside stairs to the second and third floors make loading and unloading miserable. Parking was a block and a half away. Kitchen and common area on third floor are great. Porch on the third floor with view of the boardwalk and the ocean, and the breezes off the ocean, is wonderful. Bedrooms are very small. Spiral staircase inside the unit is miserable.
