We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 rolls/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay), dishwasher pods (3/stay), and laundry detergent (3 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.
***No loud parties, noise that disturbs other neighbors will not be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent.***
***Note: Seniors (at least 18 years of age) during senior weeks or group with all occupants under 25 years of ages are welcomed. MAXIMUM of 12 guests, damage insurance policy ($119 non-refundable renter insurance) in addition to the standard $500 security deposit along with prior approval from home owner are required to book.***

Beautiful home. Super clean and well maintained. Kitchen fully supplied. Everything you need for family beach stay. Indoor/outdoor games seating for all in/out. Great location. Close to Jolly Rogers and Splash Mountain. Great restaurants nearby. Host/hostess very responsive. 10/10

We stayed here a year ago and loved it. The condo is in a great location and is nicely set up for a large group. It is very worn in comparison to last year though. The pocket doors and screens don’t work, the dishwasher is broken, various shelves and drawers were not really attached. in addition, they really need to do a deep clean of this condo. It could still be a nice place with some cleaning and fixing attention. Overall, it is still a nice set up!

We really enjoyed how close it was to the convention center, but also how wonderful the beach access was! Best of both worlds. Kinda like a mullet, business up front but party in the back! lol and by party we mean watching the waves and kicking back.
