Overall experience was good. The kitchen and living areas were large. 2 tables accommodated our large party for eating. The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils and pots and pans for its size. Laundry room was large with a full size washer and dryer. Full bath with shower (no tub) and half bath accessible from main hall. “Master” bedroom with tub and larger stand in shower was nice due to having a separate second sink vanity outside of the bathing area. Lots of drawer storage and hanging space if you bring your own hangers. The upstairs beds (2 twins and twin over full bunk) are open to the master bedroom and kitchen/living room area. This causes these bedrooms to be very noisy if you have early risers and then later sleepers. Only 2 of the bedrooms are truly closed in for privacy. 2 of the air conditioning units did not work for the first 3 days of our trip. Maintenance did come to work on them and let us know it has been a known issue. Eventually by day 3 they were working for the rest of the trip. Location is great on the boardwalk. The beach is very wide there. There is no clean water rinse outside of the building to rinse off before coming in. There are 4 stairs before the elevator which would be an issue if someone needed accessibility. We would stay here again knowing what adjustments we need to make.

This property was very convenient for everything the various family members wanted to do from enjoying the beach, boardwalk foods, shopping, amusement rides, etc. Loved being able to look out the windows at the ocean and people watch all at the same time! Also, great communication and responsiveness during the week when anything popped up.

Property was in the perfect location. Owners made everything very easy. My only complaint was it listed it as 3 showers, but there was only 2. Wasnt a big deal. 10/10 would stay again and plan to !
