The Exclusive Downtown, 5 BEDROOMS 2 KITCHENS 3 BATHROOMS SLEEPS UP TO 17 WITH GRILL (Copacabana Beach House) so bring your family(s) and friends to enjoy all that OC has to offer. Just a short walk to the Beach or the Bay, OC's famous boardwalk, many restaurants, bars, watercraft rentals, outdoor activities and amusements. This house offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 full kitchen and a 2nd floor kitchenette, laundry rooms on each floor, multiple balconies and outdoor space for relaxing, grilling and fun, outside shower. Minimum age to book: 18

We are ready for your group with plenty of new beds:

Room 4: - 2 double size beds and 2 single size beds
Room 5: - 1 double size bed and 1 single size bed
Living room: - 1 Queen size sleeper sofa
Prepare delicious dishes and discover your inner cooking skills in the bright full kitchen, configured with everything needed to prepare homemade meals. Or stroll to a wide range of popular Oceanfront eateries -- your Beach House is just steps to the beach.

- Depending on a size of the vehicle you can park 4 or 5 cars in the driveway.
- In addition to a central AC unit on the main floor, there are window air-conditioning unit in the second-floor bedrooms. All 3 full bathrooms are recently updated.
THE LOCATION
Located right on intersection of Philadelphia Ave between 1st and 2nd streets, block from beach and boardwalk easily walk to the beach in less than minute or two, as well as 5-minute walk to the bayside.
Throw a line from charming fishing piers, take a ride at historic Trimper's, and enjoy spectacular waterfront dining -- all within a short walk. For an unforgettable day trip, you can book a cruise to Assateague Island National Park to enjoy the scenic views, wild animals and a beautiful nature.
Other things to note:
All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest)

Clean room, Host very accommodating. Walkable to the festival. VERY busy street. Parking is tandem but does fit 4-5 vehicles depending on how brave you are on such a busy street. Noisy neighborhood due to location, BUT location definitely wins out! Front downstairs bedroom with King bed is closest to the street; back downstairs bedroom Not as noisy. Suggestions: blackout curtains would be nice, blinds are tiny and don't close the whole way. Overall: VERY nice place, host wonderful!!!

The house has an odd layout. We did not know that it was actually a house on 1.5 floors and an apartment on the other .5 floor. So 1) the common area downstairs is way too small for 17 and 2) if you are staying in the 2 apartments rooms that sleep 2 each, your choices to go upstairs after congregating are to go outside and up the outside stairs or cut through another bedroom! We were disappointed with the house. The rent and fees were way overpriced for what we got.

We had a great time at Copacabana! 10 of us comfortably stayed at this property, which was perfectly situated for the beach and boardwalk. We couldn’t have had a better time!

Overall great experience. Location was close to the boardwalk and in walking distance to bars and restaurants. Host was very responsive and accommodative. Would stay again in the future!
