Each unit features 2 bedrooms, full size bathroom, and open-concept living/ dining/ kitchen areas all with fully equipped kitchens. Relax on the beach steps away or explore countless nearby attractions – all within walking distance! Our prime North OC location puts you steps from the beach and countless attractions while enjoying a private building with beautiful character
1. CHECK-IN: 4pm est | CHECK-OUT: 10am est
2. NON-SMOKING- No smoking of any kind (Including vapes and e-cigarettes')
3. NO PETS- including ESA's are not allowed
4. NO DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR- Please be respectful of the property and other guests
5. PARKING: Each unit includes 1 labeled parking spot per vehicle. Additional onsite parking options available.
6. Damage: (Beyond normal wear) broken or missing items will result in fee's at cost of repair and/or replacement of items
Other Notes:
-DAMAGES: must be reported promptly to the manager within 24 hours of arrival
-SECURITY CAMERA is located on the front of property and monitors the grounds

I stayed here with my family again for the 2nd time, this place is incredible. Clean, well maintained, smooth check in and check out, location is awesome, parking is like no other place in OC . It is close to shopping, dining, beach and anything you’d ever need. The host Jarrett is awesome makes you feel at home and makes you feel that you can enjoy the entire property just as you would at home. He answers any questions quickly and if there’s an issue he addresses it immediately. Will stay here every time we come to OC!
