Each unit features 2 bedrooms, full size bathroom, and open-concept living/ dining/ kitchen areas all with fully equipped kitchens. Our prime North OC location puts you steps from the beach and countless attractions while enjoying a private building with beautiful character
1. CHECK-IN: 4pm est | CHECK-OUT: 10am est
2. NON-SMOKING- No smoking of any kind (Including vapes and e-cigarettes')
3. NO PETS- including ESA's are not allowed
4. NO DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR- Please be respectful of the property and other guests
5. PARKING: Each unit includes 1 labeled parking spot per vehicle. Additional onsite parking options available.
6. Damage: (Beyond normal wear) broken or missing items will result in fee's at cost of repair and/or replacement of items

-DAMAGES: must be reported promptly to the manager within 24 hours of arrival
-SECURITY CAMERA is located on the front of property and monitors the grounds

I stayed here with my family again for the 2nd time, this place is incredible. Clean, well maintained, smooth check in and check out, location is awesome, parking is like no other place in OC . It is close to shopping, dining, beach and anything you’d ever need. The host Jarrett is awesome makes you feel at home and makes you feel that you can enjoy the entire property just as you would at home. He answers any questions quickly and if there’s an issue he addresses it immediately. Will stay here every time we come to OC!

Our family booked this vacation home, we booked the entire place (3 units). Check in was very simple and the host was fantastic. They made themselves available if we needed anything and made sure we got into the units with no issues. The host kept open communication and let us know if we needed anything to simply just ask.
The units are recently renovated and were all very clean. Plenty of space and can easily accommodate a large group if need be. Parking is great, location is great (tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance). Will absolutely stay again.

This property is located just 5 min walk to the beach and 30 min drive to broad walk. We rented 3 units in it. For us Most favorite part was the front yard with golf setup for kids and seating arrangement, it’s good for spending your morning and evening there. The bathrooms were smelling bad in 2 of the units. Other wise everything was good. There were lots of games for kids.
