About this house rental
Ocean Block townhouse with a pool! 4 oversized bedrooms, two of which are ensuites! Sleeps 17, with 3.5 bathrooms. Best part, you do not have to cross the highway to get to the beach. The townhouse boasts a spacious 2-car garage with a ductless mini-split system. There is a total of 3 parking spaces. Directly on the Maryland-Delaware line, there are several restaurants nearby. Also, there is mini golf, a waterpark, and the OC bus station within walking distance of the townhouse!

The 144th Bus station is located across the street. You will be able to pull up bus schedules online for travel times.
Right next door you’ll find Nick’s House of Ribs — perfectly situated for a delicious meal just steps from your door.
Northside Park is located on 125th , with playgrounds, walking/biking paths, and easy beach access.

We rented this unit with 2 other families for a soccer weekend. The house was ready, clean, and had all amenities as promised. In addition, the owner worked with our departure time since the girls had a very early game! Location is ideal - easy access to food, entertainment, and BEACH! Hope to be back next year to stay for the same tournament! Thank you!!

Longtime OC-goer but 1st time at the MD/DE border - great location, easy walk to the beach, and John is in constant contact and quickly answers any and all questions
