The lady working with us, Elaine, was awesome. I would go there again.
The only thing I didn't like was they asked us to keep our ferrets in the cage. I managed to let them out & kept a very good eye on them. I even took them out in the morning, before the heat got bad & before checkout

Super convenient location! Nice, redone, old beach apartment. Upstairs were a little more updated than downstairs front apt. Since it is an older building, limited outlets-like none in bathroom! LOL bedrooms are small-but served the purpose. Great sitting area out front in a nice residential community. Easy walk to boardwalk, beach, bars, food. Very helpful and present owners.
Really nothing negative. As stated, it is an older place, so the smaller bedrooms and lack of outlets are not uncommon. but has everything you need for a stay-even up to a week or so.
Parking is TIGHT and the owner will strategically tell you were to park. On street parking available-but 0600-0900 they WILL tow you if in front of a garbage can pick up spot. Obey the parking signs.

The location was great! 1 block from the bay and 3 blocks from the boardwalk/beach.
When I made the booking, the owner stated that they did not rent to bridal parties and the like so I assumed it would be a quiet place. However the owner failed to mention that the remainder of the apartments were rented out to high school kids for senior week. Needless to say there were about 20-30 teenagers partying and acting out well until 2-3 am! The noise was unbearable and ruined our whole trip.
