It’s at a great location and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. We were given the wrong parking information but when I called, someone did answer the phone and responded to emails.
Needed a broom to clean up sand.

The unit is huge and offered plenty of space and privacy for our group of 8. Location is perfect if you like the boardwalk. Elevator and designated parking were also great.
No complaints about the unit except the shower pressure in the master bath is very low. Other than that a new vacuum is needed and a broom would have been good. Despite rinsing off from the beach we had no way to clean up any sand that was tracked in.

Location was perfect.
Lots of things that need attention. Not very clean, master shower has mold, shower head only trickled water (my husband took it apart and fixed it) mattress old and horrible in master. Shower door in master is hard to close, it came off the track and I got stuck in there, my husband also fixed that as I freaked out being stuck in there and no one could hear me. All furniture very worn. Some of it damaged. Floor in master damaged under mini split unit and door is damaged on bottom. Fireplace dangerous, glass was falling out of it. Freezer had rust in it. Bed set up in two of the bedrooms suitable for kids but not adult couples traveling together. Homeless person living downstairs in the stairwell (harmless, hopefully) did not bother us, he was nice but definitely could be an issue for other guests. Need better info on how to get to the unit. We weren’t sure about which door and looked in both, that’s how we saw the homeless person. It definitely would scare some folks. We didn’t have high expectations, we know that a lot of units in OC are older and dated, however if it was at least cleaned better and had slightly better furniture it would make things better. The price is quite high to have damaged furniture, bad mattresses and not be very clean.
