This property is 5 miles from Assateague Island, right around the corner from Frontiertown, 6 miles from downtown Berlin, 6 miles from the Ocean downs Casino and 6 miles from the OC boardwalk.
The space
This property offers a kitchen with a perfect blend of style and functionality, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and freshly painted cabinets. Complete with a dining table that sits 6 and 4 bar stools. Get your morning coffee, hot water for tea with the Keurig machine. The space features two living areas, with a comfortable couch and two papasan seats to watch TV while cooking or relaxing. The other is the Entertainment room. This offers ultimate space for entertainment, fun, and relaxation. It has a shuffleboard, game boards, and a DVD player for your movie nights. Plus a half bathroom.
The second floor has a master bedroom with a master bath, three other bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Off two of the bedrooms, you can enter the front second-floor porch, which has seating to enjoy your morning coffee or just to relax outdoors. And the laundry.
The third floor has a bedroom and a full bathroom. The driveway fits 4 vehicles.

There are a few owners' closets, and they are marked. The office and the garage are for owners as well.
