House Kočan is four bedroom house built in 19th century, located in Gruda. Neoclassical style in architecture has left its mark here with unique room in your accommodation. What makes this property more special are unique stone artefacts : a millstone stone wheel, stone washing machine, stone bed for bed. House Kočan provides their guests with full privacy (the estate is approximately 2000 squared metres big, and the first neigbours are located 150 meters away from the property). It is a four bedroom villa with outdoor swimming pool, beautiful terrace and private sport and game facilities such as table tennis.

HOUSE KOČAN is a secluded, but fenced yard. This year and next year 2021 we want to inform you are safe and isolated in our Kočan House.
Kočan House offers bread and pastries delivery every morning on the doorstep at cost of groceries. Owners can help you arrange diving course (in Molunat) or outpatient treatment of rheumatic diseases. Once you enter the Kočan House you don’t have to go anywhere else. You can relax and enjoy the pool, greenery, silence, and security from any visitors until the end of your vacation. You don't have to meet anyone around if you don't want to!

House Kočan will guarantee you:
1. COMPLETE INSULATION, in a green oasis overlooking the distant sea;
2. Complete FREEDOM of behavior, without close neighbors and without curious looks;
3. Complete SILENCE, only natural sounds away from traffic; you can both speak loudly and sing and listen to music;
4. Complete SECURITY, the property is discreetly fenced with a wire fence, although unnecessarily, there is no danger;
5. Complete COMFORT; contemporary interior, E-CONTACT with the world, TV, PROFESSIONAL SWIMMING POOL with ALWAYS CLEAN WATER and the most modern equipment;
6. Possibility of ACCEPTING DISABLED PEOPLE in the ground floor apartment;
7. Possibility of DIVING SCHOOL (Molunat, 3 km air distance) and TREATMENT OF RHEUMATISM (Igalo, 5 km air distance);
8. The stone house is from the 19th century, it was adapted for the owner who was born there, NOT FOR TOURISM, it is full of family memories and valuable unique items;
9. The owners are AVAILABLE on the NEIGHBORING PLOT (about 15o m) for 24 hours for any necessary help or explanation

House Kočan features 4 bedrooms, 2 with large double bed, one with 2 single beds and one bedroom with bunk bed. Living area features double sofa bed, flat screen cable TV, air conditioning and fireplace. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, toaster, dining table and trash cans. Property features 2 bathrooms with shower/bath rub, hair dryer, toilet paper and soap. Washing machine and ironing facilities are provided.

This four bedroom villa is perfect fit for up to 10 people.
