Fantastic place!

Rooms clean and stylish, AC in the living room/kitchen and another one by the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice terrace to sunbathe. The place seemed fully booked, but pool was barely occupied (good for us, we loved it!). A store available by the the parking and a few restaurants nearby. The owners were very nice and let us check in a lot earlier, which we highly appreciated.

The mosquitos in the area are vicious, DO NOT leave the doors/windows open during the night if there is no mosquito net!!! A bit hard to find the place/area.

Everything. The apartments are beautiful 😍, and the hosts are exceptionally. No words could praise them enough. They have gone above and beyond in every way every day since we arrived. I couldn't recommend more. Location is peaceful. Close to harbour with boat hire, snorkelling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The service there was also amazing. Such friendly people. Beautiful family passionate about what they do. Thank you for a wonderful stay and all your help. we can't thank you enough for all you have both done. Thank you xx

Everything was perfect,location,view. The landlord Martina is the best🌸🌸🌸,she is amazing. Very clean and nice.The apartement was well equiped for out needs,cooked everyday.The Tommy store is just under the apartements. Pool is great and the sea it is just 40 meters away.We could not be happier with out stay. The small restaurant with fast food had some nice pizzas.Perfect place for relaxing and vaccation. A great cabana by the pool with cooking and bar-b-q equipment. We had the small studio and it was great for two adults.Two sunbeds just outside and a great terrace Hugs from T & S from sweden.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere of Molunat made it the ideal escape. We can’t wait to come back!

Look no further, this is it

This was one of our best stays in global. Fantastic location and facilities, sparkling clean, very kind and helpful hosts. You get absolutely everything you need in the apartment, plus there's an open kitchen on the terrace with a grill, gas stovetop and another, big fridge for everyone to use. When we visit molunat again, we'll make sure to book the same unit again.

Slice of paradise!

Lovely apt, we were only there for 2 nights but would have loved to have had more. Apt perfect, facilities there excellent, by a well stocked supermarket, tiny beach a minute away, pier to jump from across the road. Two lovely restaurants up the road. Host amazing, so nice to us!

Perfect place to relax and bring the family together

The Mata Family apartment is an insider's tip for family holidays. Clean and adequate facilities, in the meantime a pool for the kids are just perfect. The beach and the supermarket are a stone's throw from here. The kidness of the host (Martina) has to be mentioned. Because of here it feelt like "family" holidays. We definitly will come back to Molunat. Thank you!

This lovely family complex situated in a quiet village suited our family trip. We like laid back and quiet areas. The apartment was clean and modern. Martina and her lovely family made us feel welcome and relaxed at their property. Pool is fantastic for young family, our children loved it and it was a fantastic view to the sea and beach in front. Convenient having a supermarket underneath. You will have a lovely stay here if you choose.

Terasa prostrana i ugodna za sjediti, pogled prekrasan. Blizina marketa, restorana,plaze. Domacini ljubazni i susretljivi, parking obezbjedjen, bazen takodje savrseno cist. Bez ijedne zamjerke… idealan smjestaj za porodice…

Good for rest at the end of Croatia far away from crowded tourist places

The best location in Molunast, super view, helpful Owners, silent and calm location good for rest. WIFI is good having in mind that mobile range there is limited.

One-way road with lights to enter Molunat is not great sometimes You have to wait few minutes to go and often You can face the car driving the other way. Kitchen appliances were too old - should be replaced immediately with new ones. Air condition was not effective for the apartment - especially for bedroom. If You want to travel a lot You should choose sth closer to Dubrovnik, but Molunat is good if You want to rest from other people:)

Beautiful location, quiet atmosphere, incredible hosts.

The location is incredible, with an excellent view of the Adriatic and direct access to a trail that leads out to even more breathtaking views overlooking the cliffs. A serene respite from the crowds in Dubrovnik. Most of all, however, our hosts were what made this vacation such a pleasant and memorable one. They went above and beyond to accommodate us in ways that exceed all of our expectations.

Spacious and clean apt. with nice view

Very comfortable, newly furbished one bedroom apartment with big balcony, equipped with everything you might need, even some spices, olive oil etc.. Bed is very comfortable for the couple. We loved sitting on the balcony which had great wooden furniture and sunbed. Nice view overlooking the bay. Calm and peaceful place, perfect for the "reset". The pool is clean and big enough. There is very nice and spacious "summer" kitchen availabe for barbecue. Private parking on site. The hosts Martina and Matija are very worm, kind and frendly. We will be back 😊

We had a wonderful time in Molunat last week, the apartment was well positioned in the middle of the village close to the only store and the only caffe bar . Inside everything was new and clean and we had a parking lot close by inside the property so we didn’t have to carry the luggage on stairs. The pool was appreciated by our kids. Although in the middle off everything in Molunat it is quiet, especially during the night so we could keep the window open and nobody would ruin our sleep. The host was great, very friendly and helpful We want to go back next year in the same place.
