Fantastic accommodation with a fabulous view, excellent facilities and a few steps to the sea.

Renato was friendly, helpful and very accommodating about some specific requests. The apartment has a fantastic view of the sea and the islands across from the balcony. You can just walk down to small private jetty in front of the property for a dip in the sea, use the paddle boards or just soak up the sun on the sunbeds. The pool and poolside was clean, quiet and relaxing. You can walk to the mini-market and restaurants in the village as it is small, quiet and friendly.

Wonderful time at the great accommodation!

Amazing accommodation, all necessary facilities were there. Swimming pool was perfect for kids. Super clean. The view from the balcony was just stunning, every day looking at the sea is so wonderful! Super friendly stuff, we felt very comfortable throughout the whole stay there. Also the parking space is very convenient. The access to the sea, made the stay even more pleasant, for early morning swim but also for just chilling by the sea on the sun-beds, without necessity to go/drive anywhere else.

AC was too loud in the bedroom (couldn’t use it)

We stayed on the third floor and the views were spectacular!! Its location is perfect - your own private beach infront of the property! Quiet and peaceful … perfect for relaxing!

The WiFi was weak at times and Netflix couldn’t connect. The bathroom had unpleasant odours from the drain.

Loved everything, very clean, great view to the ocean from the room, poolarea was great, good parking space, beach towels provided, great kitchen equipment, if coming to Croatia again will definitely book again without even looking into other options! Also loved Molunat, quiet and beautiful little village

Very bad Wi-Fi signal, there are exactly four dishes for four people (4 forks, 4 knives, 4 spoons, 4 glasses, 4 cups, 4 plates), so it is necessary to constantly wash the dishes. One washing machine for 9 apartments and a housekeeper, so it is necessary to be constantly on duty to get your turn to wash clothes. I loved everything ! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and well equipped, the beds and the sofa are confortable, there is air conditioning in every room, a seif, a smart TV (netflix + youtube) and 2 bathrooms (one big, with bathtub and one small, with a toilet). The view from the balcony is stunning, the pool is super nice and the private beach in front of the villa is also very beautiful. It extends over 3 levels and has free sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea water is crystal clear, warm and very good for snorkeling. I felt like I was swimming in a big aquarium. And the owner is very kind and provides you with everything you need.

Waanzinnig genoten en iedereen aan te raden

Heerlijk tot rust komen op deze niet-toeristische toplocatie. Groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, vaatwasser, koelkast, oven en magnetron. Ook gebruik kunnen maken van de wasmachine.

De airconditioning in de slaapkamer maakte een rammelend geluid maar werkte verder uitstekend. Ook maakte het reinigingssysteem van het zwembad permanent geluid.Het matras was iets te zacht maar verder wel prima geslapen.

Pelastusliivit olisi ollut kiva lisä sup-lautailuun. Rannassa suihku olisi tarpeellinen, merivesi hiukan kirveli ihoa. Portaita on jonkin verran kiinteistössä, tämä kannattaa huomioida, jos liikuntarajoitteita.

Magnifique séjour à la Villa Molunat 💓

L’appartement est très bien situé en face de la mer, dans une ruelle très calme. Il est très propre et bien équipé : 2 toilettes, chambre et séjour climatisé, belle terrasse vue mer. Serviettes de bain et de plage prévues. La literie est confortable, la cuisine fonctionnelle avec lave vaisselle, plaques, four et four micro-ondes. Le logement est bien insonorisé. L’accueil très sympathique par Natalie. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs pour la moindre question. Jolie piscine et accès mer direct, avec transats et parasols à disposition, ainsi que 2 paddles. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons tout aimé. Cependant il n’y a pas de plage directement devant l’appartement, l’accès à l’eau se fait par une échelle et c’est rapidement profond ( on a pas pied). Aucun souci pour nous et nos 2 ados, mais compliqué avec de jeunes enfants. Il y a une plage un peu plus loin si besoin.
